The "Low Headroom Double R Method LH-RR Method" enables construction in high N-value layers such as soft rock and gravel with low vibration and low noise using small foundation machinery. Traditionally, ground that required large foundation machinery can now be constructed using a leaderless pile driving machine weighing between 20t and 40t, equipped with a high torque auger ranging from 70.7 to 98kNm, utilizing main body pressure input and a special auger head for hard ground. We would like to introduce our "Low-Headroom Down-the-Hole Hammer Method LH-DH Method." Using a driving device to rotate the down-the-hole hammer and bit, the piston inside the hammer cylinder is moved back and forth by air supplied from a high-pressure compressor. This movement causes the bit tip to strike and break stones and rock formations, while the excavated soil is removed using a screw and air lift method.
